If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should contact jeua2 support immediately via the contact details on the platform. jeua2 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that appears to have been compromised or misused.
Account details including username and registered payment information must not be transferred to or shared with any third party.
All transactions on jeua2 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other approved mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated periodically.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to someone other than the jeua2 account holder — are not permitted. jeua2 may request confirmation of ownership for any payment method used.
jeua2 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. The platform does not accept deposits from payment methods registered outside Pakistan.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard practice to ensure funds are returned to their original source. If a direct reversal is not possible, jeua2 support will advise on the available withdrawal route.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with current processing times, are published on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. jeua2 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy breach or unresolved bonus wagering requirements.
Withdrawals are not processed to third-party accounts. Funds can only be withdrawn to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jeua2 account. jeua2 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All bets placed on jeua2 — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. These rules are displayed within the Betting and Bet sections of the platform.
A bet is considered confirmed once accepted by the platform and a bet reference is issued. Verbal or typed instructions that have not resulted in a confirmed bet reference are not binding on jeua2. It is your responsibility to verify your bet slip before confirming any wager.
jeua2 reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information use, or coordinated abuse of pricing.
Live Casino games available on jeua2 — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger and live game show titles — are operated via third-party studio providers. The specific rules for each table game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. By participating in Live Casino games you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All Live Casino activity is recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live round, the round result will be determined based on the game state at the point of disconnection as recorded by the game server. jeua2 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

Bonus winnings derived from free bets or promotional funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until cleared. Real money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately within your account balance display.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeua2 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:
jeua2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these terms, suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, failed verification or abusive conduct.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a policy breach, jeua2 may withhold some or all of the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and any restricted funds returned.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jeua2 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
